Hi there, so glad you’ve found my corner of the internet.

Ann Agbiak Rushing, LCSW

Hi Y’all! I’m Ann (pronounced Auhn), and I’m a LCSW-S

Creating spaces for others to grow has become one of the greatest privileges of my life. My love for humanity and my desire to see individuals thrive inspired me to pursue this path. I am deeply committed to helping people uncover their strengths, professional confidence and become a competent social worker who is the empowered versions of themselves.

As a First Generation South Sudanese American I’ve worked through figuring out how to show up in spaces as my authentic self. Learning to navigate self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and understanding my value systems as done wonders to showing up authentically in work environments. Through this process, I’ve developed tools to overcome obstacles and “crack the code” to a fulfilling, authentic work life balance.

If you’re ready to embark on this journey toward clinical licensure and professional growth, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Currently accepting social workers supervisee in North Carolina and Texas.
